Free Food Distribution Chicago Help From USA to BIH provides free food distribution in Chicago every Sunday. Our mobile food pantry serves homeless individuals, seniors, migrants, and underprivileged families across Chicago and Niles, IL. Our Programs Include: - Free food boxes with groceries, rice, meat and oil - Hot meals every Sunday for homeless individuals - Winter jackets and clothing distribution - Senior assistance program - Refugee outreach program - Bosnia Herzegovina humanitarian aid In 2025 alone we distributed 6,800 food boxes, 8,000 hot meals, 2 tons of meat, and 550 turkeys to families in need across Chicago. All services are 100% free. Your tax-deductible donation makes this possible.

Senior Program
- Monthly distribution of food boxes, meat, produce, hygiene products, and laundry detergent.
- Transportation to and from appointments.
- Organizing workshops and events.

Homeless Outreach Program
- Distributing hot meals every Sunday.
- Daily providing necessities such as propane bottles for portable gas stoves, clothing, blankets, sleeping bags, tents, winter clothing kits, (jacket, gloves, socks, hats, and scarves) water, and snacks.
- Referrals to shelters and agencies.

Refugee Outreach Program
- Assisting clients in applying for social security, public assistance, housing, and job referrals.
- Distributing food boxes, meat, produce, hygiene products, and laundry detergent, diapers, clothes, furniture, school supplies for children.
- Interpreting and translation services for clients who need assistance applying for SSI, SSDI, citizenship, permanent resident card, or any Immigration status, public aid, etc...
